Thursday evenings at 6:45 pm – 7:45 pm and Saturdays at 3:00 pm – 4:00pm (sometimes 4:30;)

Please dress in loose comfortable clothes, (workout pants, or shorts and a T-shirt. No skirts or dresses),  and, either barefoot OR secure, comfortable, “indoor only” shoes. No heels, sandals, or flip-flops.

You must be old enough to sign your own waiver.  “While we’re not tryin’ to hurt each other, we ain’t playin’ pattycake either.”

REQUIRED AGE IS: 19yr for Nebr. Residents, 18yr for Iowa Residents
