Everyone is welcome at Fist and Foot. We offer martial arts classes tailored for ADHD and ASD students of all ages across the Omaha metro.

Martial Arts Designed for ADHD and Focus

Classes for kids and adults that use movement to build discipline and confidence

We know that a standard gym or classroom isn't always the right fit for everyone. At Fist and Foot Martial Arts, our ADHD programs are open to students of all ages, starting as young as three. We combine techniques from Tae Kwon Do, Jeet Kune Do, and boxing into a structured program that helps students master self-awareness and control. Our goal is to provide the specific support you or your child needs to channel energy into useful skills and real confidence.

Martial Arts Training Built for ADHD Success

We use structured martial arts to help students in Omaha build the focus and discipline they need to succeed in everyday life.

Better Focus and Concentration

Turning High Energy into Discipline

We use the structure of Tae Kwon Do and Jeet Kune Do to help students manage ADHD symptoms. By practicing repetitive forms and technical movements, students learn how to extend their attention span and develop better self-control in a way that feels natural rather than forced.

Programs for Every Age

Support from Preschool to Adulthood

Fist and Foot is open to everyone. We offer age-appropriate instruction starting as young as three years old all the way through adulthood. We meet every student where they are, respecting their individual learning pace and physical abilities.

Practical Self-Defense

Real Skills for the Real World

Our training goes beyond traditional forms. We teach practical skills in Boxing, Ground Fighting, and Escapes drawing from Krav Maga and Aikido. This approach helps students build physical confidence and the ability to protect themselves in real-world situations.

Experienced, Specialized Instruction

Over 25 Years on the Mat

Classes are led by Sensei Alex R. Thomas, a 2nd-degree black belt who brings both expertise and a welcoming attitude to every session. We truly understand the needs of neurodivergent students and adapt our teaching style so everyone feels successful and capable.
